I help men and women break free from the pressure to be anything other than themselves. Whether it’s a pattern, wound, behaviour or problem that feels impossible to escape, I guide them out.
As a pattern breaker, I now live under God’s promises - I know the way out and through. Without His promises, there's pain, delay, and repeating cycles, leaving you feeling stuck, left behind, or unfulfilled - even if your life looks good on the outside.
My role is to help you to connect the dots, complete the missing pieces, and discover your whole self by encountering God in the middle of it all. We weren’t created to live on autopilot, to stay stuck, or settle for unfulfilled lives. Nor were we designed to live without breakthrough.
Because I’ve lived it. All of it. I’ve walked through every survival and defence pattern imaginable:
I know what it’s like to feel tormented and lost, unable to create lasting change. I tried to do it myself and spent thousands in the process, but I only got so far. And now I know the only way out: and that is Jesus Christ.
Now, I help others to break free so they can live a life that's true to them - a life that God has called them into - not the world’s expectations.
I work in full partnership with the Holy Spirit, because only He gets to the root.
Only He brings lasting transformation - not quick fixes.
Only He knows who we really are and what we need.
